Every detail was thought of. The driver understood hill roads, the hotels were clean, and the team was reachable at every step of our Char Dham Yatra.
We travelled with my 72-year-old mother. She never felt rushed. Food was simple, stays were comfortable — exactly what we hoped for.
Short notice booking from Bangalore. Everything arranged in two days. Highly recommended for South Indian families doing Chardham.
Amazing service by Utkarsh and his team. Hassle-free journey. Very cooperative team. Superb and comfortable stay. Delicious food.
The 10-day Char Dham Yatra package from Haridwar starts at ₹26,000 per person on 4-pax sharing (Standard: Swift Dzire/Etios, 3-star hotels). Deluxe (Innova/Crysta, 3-star premium) is ₹35,000 and Premium (Tempo Traveller, 3-star premium with better locations) is ₹42,000. Char Dham by helicopter from Dehradun (6 days) is ₹2.5 lakh per person. Helicopter-only option for Kedarnath leg adds ₹12,000–₹15,000 per person from Phata/Sersi. All prices include GST, accommodation, meals (breakfast + dinner), transport, and driver allowances.
No. The 18 km trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath can be done on foot, by pony or doli (palki), or by helicopter from Phata / Sersi / Guptkashi. Helicopter charges typically range from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per person round-trip depending on season, date, and operator availability. Bookings must be made 30+ days in advance during peak season (May–June). We help arrange whichever option suits your family.
All yatris must register on the Uttarakhand government Char Dham portal before starting the yatra. We assist with this registration at no extra cost — you only need to share your ID proofs (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, or driving licence) with us. We also coordinate biometric registration at Haridwar if required.
We arrange slow-paced itineraries with extra rest days, helicopter options for Kedarnath (avoiding the trek), ground-floor hotel rooms where possible, and coordination with local medical facilities along the route. Please mention any conditions in your enquiry so we plan accordingly. Our drivers are trained for altitude sickness response.
The Himalayas are unpredictable. In case of weather disruptions, we prioritise safety and adjust itineraries. Additional stay costs due to natural disruptions are charged extra, but we help negotiate hotels and transport on your behalf. We have coordinated thousands of yatras through monsoon disruptions over the years.
Typically 25% advance to confirm booking, balance due 10 days before yatra start. Cancellation: 30+ days before departure — full refund of booking amount; 15 days before — 50% refund; less than 10 days — no refund (100% retention). Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
No. The Char Dham season runs from late April/early May to October/November depending on temple opening and closing dates announced each year. For 2026: Yamunotri and Gangotri open April 19, Kedarnath April 22, Badrinath April 24. Between November and April, temples are closed and roads are impassable due to snow.
Yes. A large share of our families come from Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and overseas (USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia). We coordinate flights to Dehradun Airport (Jolly Grant) or train to Haridwar station, and pickup from there. Our team speaks English, Hindi, and basic Tamil.
Yes. All meals are pure vegetarian. For South Indian families, most 4-star and above hotels offer sambar, rasam, and dosa on request. Jain meals (no onion, no garlic) are arranged on prior notice. Sattvic meals during temple days are standard.
